{\bf ANALYSIS++} is a framework, written in {\bf
C++}, for the manipulation and development of multi-strategy machine
learning methods and their corresponding data objects.  The framework
consists of a heirarchy of subframeworks, an object framework for
the management of the data used and generated by machine learning
methods and their further use by other methods, an algorithm framework
for the organisation of the machine learning methods and their support
routines and  a goal framework for the management of algorithms in a
goal-oriented strategy.
