This file contains a log of all changes the `superuser' i.e. the collector
of the ACPC Manual made in order to have a complete and error free latex
file and to create a homogeneous paper meeting the requirements upon 
which the network group has agreed.

Currently the collector of the ACPC Manual is: 
   Hans Wolfgang Loidl (hwloidl@risc.uni-linz.ac.at).
                                               
IMPORTANT: In order to keep consistency with your local files for this 
           manual be sure that you always have the most recent files.
           As it might have been necessary to change something in your
           files here check this CHANGES.su file before you make any
           changes in your local files.
