The system's flexibility is a result of the object-oriented principles used in the design of its component frameworks: object, algorithm and run. The object framework is for the management of the data used and generated by machine learning methods. The algorithm framework organizes the machine learning methods and their support routines. The run framework manages algorithms in a goal-oriented strategy. This paper outlines the essential classes of each framework with examples on how they are used in the design of generalized machine learning methods. =sponsor= UNI-Software Plus, FLLL =keywords= machine learning, framework, object-oriented
